| Meet the Team
HomeCrafters® is very proud of it's reputation for having the
best qualified, best equipped home inspectors in the city. Inspectors
must meet the highest standards in the industry before they can
work as a HomeCrafters® Inspector.
Formal Education
All HomeCrafters® inspectors must have graduated as an Engineering
Technologist or Journeyman Carpenter and take courses and pass exams
in plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, roofing, structure,
building envelope & etc.
Experience
All of our inspectors have a minimum of ten years residential construction
plus extensive maintenance experience with all types of homes. They
have built homes from the ground up and supervised all trades involved
in the process of home construction.
Professional Certification
All HomeCrafters® inspectors must become certified by the Canadian
Association of Home and Property Inspectors. (CAHPI)
All of the inspectors at HomeCrafters® have the R.H.I. designation
(Registered Home Inspector), which means that they have all gone
through extensive training and testing and are certified members
of the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors.
Professional Communicators
All homes have defects. The only question is, how serious are these
defects? Our inspectors understand the difference between major
and minor problems and will communicate that difference to you.
They will help you in the decision-making process and will have
good advice on your future maintenance requirements and renovation
plans. |
